Waste recycling used to require separating and cleaning materials, which increased processing costs. With our new waste technology solution , waste separation is no longer needed—mixed waste can be processed directly into the system to produce sustainable by products.

Our waste treatment device that uses superheated steam. High-temperature steam is sent from a superheated steam generator into the reactor, creating a high-temperature, oxygen-free state inside the reactor to treat the waste. The waste is thermally decomposed, and organic matter such as food waste is converted into charcoal , oil, and metals.

The  mixed waste is reduced in volume and converted into its respective resources. It can be operated with just water, power, and a catalyst, and the oil extracted from the waste can be used as power, making it an environmentally friendly waste treatment device. It does not use fire or apply pressure, so there is no risk of fire or explosion.

This innovation is now being used in Japan and other countries where waste separation practices are not yet in place, offering a simple and efficient waste management solution.
